Launched in 2005, NPPC was appointed and was involved from day one to assist the Namibian Government in drafting TESEF (Transformation of Economic and Social Empowerment Framework) currently known as NEEEF (New Equitable Economic Empowerment Framework). The framework is aimed at systematically providing previously disadvantaged Namibians access to the mainstream economy for economic transformation in Namibia.
